We enabled archive Mailbox for the users with auto expanding archive and ran managed folder assistant manually which solved the issue<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There is a process called \u201cDumpster Quota Enforcer\u201d which is also part of the Managed Folder Assistant.
