Rate limiting applies to SMS, voice, and email notifications. All other notification actions aren’t rate limited. For information about rate limits, see\u00a0Azure Monitor service limits<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rate limiting applies across all subscriptions. Rate limiting is applied as soon as the threshold is reached, even if messages are sent from multiple subscriptions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When an email address is rate limited, a notification is sent to communicate that rate limiting was applied and when the rate limiting expires.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

No more than 100 emails in an hour.

How do we find the tenant?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We get alerts from Multiple Tenants and it didn’t tell us which one. Was able to decipher the UnSubscribe email link to give us the Resource Group and Subscription ID<\/p>\n\n\n\n
