{"id":6493,"date":"2022-08-10T22:49:00","date_gmt":"2022-08-10T22:49:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pariswells.com\/blog\/?p=6493"},"modified":"2023-01-04T01:34:40","modified_gmt":"2023-01-04T01:34:40","slug":"aruba-os-upgrade","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pariswells.com\/blog\/research\/aruba-os-upgrade","title":{"rendered":"Aruba OS Upgrade"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Recently got called into a situation where AP&#8217;s had been upgraded and the VC was not available<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I ran the tasks to find the master : <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(Instant AP)# show election statistics<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(Instant AP)# show summary support<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The State was showing a Conductor ( Not Slave or Master ) on all AP&#8217;s<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Aruba Instant OS 10 &#8211; Requires Aruba Central ( Cloud Managed ) <br><br>This section only applies to devices that are running AOS 10.x.
