Please open File Explorer and open C:\\blp. We want to check for wvcomp folder here, is it present?<\/div>

That’s good news, it indicates where the problem is. This will put it to the basic version of webview that is installed with Terminal located here\u00a0C:\\blp\\webview\\blpwebview.exe, some features in Office Tools will require the full version.<\/div>

We may get a full fix by running wbvwupd.exe from the C:\\blp\\wintrv\\ folder. Once you run this it will be working in the background, give it 3-5mins. This will replace the wvcomp folder. Try this.
