Had an issue this morning where I needed to modify the call routing for a specific phone number \u2013 it was meant to ring multiple people but instead only rang one. Problem is searching for the phone number in teams users, resource accounts and call queues we couldn\u2019t find the number anywhere.<\/p>

Endup resorting to looking at call logs where we saw the number was allocated to \u201creception\u201d. But searching the Teams users list the \u201cReception\u201d account was missing, despite having all of the appropriate licenses.<\/p>

Turns out the account was disabled and disabled accounts don\u2019t show up in the teams user list.<\/p>
