Don\u2019t break the block<\/li><li>2 Days before the porting date, Vocus will email you saying they have added the Numbers to the portal for you to use &#8220;In preparation for your number port we have pre-provisioned the numbers on your account so that you can set them up prior to your port completion.&#8221;<\/li><li>You can pre-assign these numbers now to the user&#8217;s \\ Queues and Auto Attendants in Teams so you don&#8217;t have to rush and do this all on the Porting Day and Time<\/li><li>Add these Porting Numbers to your Teams Trunk you set up for the customer &#8211; If you don&#8217;t do this calling it will say &#8220;Line Busy&#8221;<br \/><p id=\"PxOBzRn\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1175\" height=\"602\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5866  img-responsive\" src=\"https:\/\/pariswells.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/img_62cf903f30790.png\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/pariswells.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/img_62cf903f30790.png 1175w, https:\/\/pariswells.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/img_62cf903f30790-300x154.png 300w, https:\/\/pariswells.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/img_62cf903f30790-1024x525.png 1024w, https:\/\/pariswells.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/img_62cf903f30790-768x393.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1175px) 100vw, 1175px\" \/><\/p><\/li><li>Port Occurs Test Numbers Outbound and Inbound<\/li><li>After Porting is complete Vocus will email you to say this is done and tested<br \/><br \/>Test call through Optus: Working<br aria-hidden=\"true\" \/>Test call through Telstra: Working<br aria-hidden=\"true\" \/>Test call through Primus: Working<\/li><\/ol><p>Things to do After<\/p><ol><li>Remove the Temporary numbers you were using for testing &#8211; \u00a0<a href=\"mailto:vhvprovisioning@vocus.com.au\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-auth=\"NotApplicable\" data-linkindex=\"0\">vhvprovisioning@vocus.com.au<\/a>\u00a0and ask them to remove them off your clients account.
