The user logged into Office , but Office came up with &#8220;couldn&#8217;t verify account&#8221;<\/p><div><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/content.spiceworksstatic.com\/service.community\/p\/post_images\/0000341661\/5c37c957\/attached_image\/Verify_msg.png\" \/><\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>Had to change the cache :\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SOFTWARE\\Microsoft\\Office\\ClickToRun\\Configuration<\/div><div>Change Key: SCLCacheOverride to &#8220;1&#8221;<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>Set\u00a0<strong>SCLCacheOverride<\/strong>\u00a0to 1 if you&#8217;re using shared computer activation and you want to roam the licensing token.<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>and whipe files in<div>In my case, affected users had 4 files\/tokens in<\/div><div>C:\\Users\\%username%\\AppData\\Local\\Microsoft\\Office\\16.0\\Licensing<\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Recently has a user on a terminal server trying to change their login and licenses account to active Office 365.
