So if teams\\sharepoint doesn&#8217;t like you using a smarthost , then you can use a Mail Connector in 365 , so separate the domains for teams to use the MX directly per below\u00a0<\/p><p id=\"zCWgRVx\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"802\" height=\"525\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5267  img-responsive\"
