something went wrong and outlook couldn\u2019t set up your account. please try again. if the problem continues, contact your email administrator"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Recently cut over a domain from an old 365 tenant to a new one, upon trying to add the email account to outlook was visit with the error<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"758\" height=\"394\" src=\"https:\/\/pariswells.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/img_60c3e559e1ab4.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5138 img-responsive\" srcset=\"https:\/\/pariswells.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/img_60c3e559e1ab4.png 758w, https:\/\/pariswells.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/img_60c3e559e1ab4-300x156.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 758px) 100vw, 758px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The old account had been enrolled in Intune here<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"318\" height=\"478\" src=\"https:\/\/pariswells.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/img_60c3e53da162f.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5137 img-responsive\" srcset=\"https:\/\/pariswells.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/img_60c3e53da162f.png 318w, https:\/\/pariswells.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/img_60c3e53da162f-200x300.png 200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 318px) 100vw, 318px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Removing the old account here , I tried to enroll the new account however I got an enrollment message pop up , this something happens due to old enrollment data getting stuck<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Delete ( or clear as much as you can from the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SOFTWARE\\Microsoft\\Enrollments ) then try again<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What fixed it<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sign out of the Account in Office<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De-Register the Machine from AAD (Settings -&gt;
