Reason #1 > Add in is Disabled<\/h2>

  • iManage Ribbon is missing<\/li>
  • Save and open default to local dialogs<\/li>
  • Document does not check in on close<\/li>
  • History shows checkin was application DeskSite or Outlook vs. Word, Excel, PPT<\/li><\/ul>

    Cause:<\/strong><\/div>
    • Application Crash<\/li>
    • Load Behavior: 0 or 2 = Disabled ( 3 = Enabled )\u00a0<\/li><\/ul>

      Solution 9.x<\/strong><\/div>
      • Add iManage Add\u00a0ins to the DoNotDisableAddinList for each application<\/li>
      • (Only available for Office 2013 and later)<\/li><\/ul>
        Solution 9.3.2 and later<\/strong><\/div>

        Installer now adds Work addins to these registry keys automatically<\/div>
        User clicks Yes to disable the Addin , it can still be disabled.<\/em><\/div><\/div>
