It did however print fine via the printer but displayed an error for each page :<a href=\"http:\/\/pariswells.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/02\/outside+printable+area1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-362 img-responsive\" title=\"outside+printable+area[1]\" src=\"http:\/\/pariswells.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/02\/outside+printable+area1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"366\" height=\"100\" srcset=\"https:\/\/pariswells.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/02\/outside+printable+area1.jpg 366w, https:\/\/pariswells.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/02\/outside+printable+area1-300x81.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 366px) 100vw, 366px\" \/><\/a>\r\n\r\nMicrosofts Fix for this , is to change the margins included the printable area by:\r\n\r\n<strong>File<\/strong> , <strong>Page Setup<\/strong>, <strong>Margins Tab<\/strong>, Change all the Margins to Zero Press ok , and you should be greeted by a dialogue box telling you to fix your page margins\r\n\r\n<a href=\"http:\/\/pariswells.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/02\/1fixmarginsya21.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-363 img-responsive\" title=\"Fix Margins\" src=\"http:\/\/pariswells.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/02\/1fixmarginsya21.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"485\" height=\"125\" srcset=\"https:\/\/pariswells.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/02\/1fixmarginsya21.png 485w, https:\/\/pariswells.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/02\/1fixmarginsya21-300x77.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 485px) 100vw, 485px\" \/><\/a>\r\n\r\nHowever if this changes your layout of your page into something totally off center then you can use this to stop the error message coming up in the first place\r\n\r\n<strong>In MS Word<\/strong>\r\n\r\n&#8211; Select File &#8211; Print\r\n&#8211; In the Zoom area set scale paper size from &#8220;no scaling&#8221; to &#8220;letter&#8221; or &#8220;legal&#8221; or whatever your paper size is","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A client recently produced a mail merge , however the document was outside the printable margins.
