  • go to\u00a0System\u00a0<\/strong>\u2013\u00a0System Upgrade<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0select the firmware file and click\u00a0Upgrade<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>

    Download Putty and Connect to Netscaler<\/div>
    \u00a0<\/div>
    Type : ns show version : to get the current version<\/div>
    \u00a0<\/div>
    Connect to Netscaler and type Shell to get to the prompt<\/div>
    \u00a0<\/div>
    HouseKeeping – go to \/flash\/ , delete any items that are not the current version ( rm %name of file% , if folder rm -rf %name of folder% ) <\/div>
    \u00a0<\/div>
    If you Webased Upload has failed you might be lucky and the installer has been placed in \/var\/nsinstall\/ , if not use WINSCP to copy the tgz file , then run tar <\/span>xzvf <\/span>nameofupgrade<\/span>.tgz<\/span><\/div>

    Again housekeeping , clear up any installers not the current or old <\/div>
    \u00a0<\/div>
    Open the folder of the new install and go to type .\/installns<\/div>

    After upgrade check SSL Labs<\/div>
