The first delay is a long cycle of checking every file mentioned in the VSS writers metadata. There are 8 million of FILESTREAM blobs on that server. This must be what causes this cycle to be so long for that volume.<\/p>

To install, do the following on\u00a0Veeam<\/span>\u00a0server\u00a0<\/b>and any\u00a0Guest Interaction<\/b>\u00a0proxies that you have:
1. Locate\u00a0C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Veeam<\/span>\\Backup Transport\\GuestInteraction\\VSS\\Veeam<\/span>GuestHelpers<\/b>
2. Rename\u00a0Veeam<\/span>VssSupport2003_X86.dll<\/b>\u00a0to\u00a0Veeam<\/span>VssSupport2003_X86.dll_old<\/b>
3. Rename\u00a0Veeam<\/span>VssSupport2008R2_X64.dll\u00a0<\/b>to\u00a0Veeam<\/span>VssSupport2008R2_X64.dll_old<\/b>
4. Rename\u00a0Veeam<\/span>VssSupportXP_X86.dll<\/b>\u00a0to\u00a0Veeam<\/span>VssSupportXP_X86.dll_old<\/b>
