iManage\/Worksite Email"},"content":{"rendered":"<ol><li>Login to iManage \/ Worksite Communication Server\u00a0<\/li><li>Go to : C:\\inetpub\\mailroot\\Badmail to see the bad mail<\/li><li>Open up one of the emails with wordpad \/ notepad<\/li><li>Get the Folder ID ( FID ) of where the email is being filed<\/li><li>Get the username of the operator trying to file the email\u00a0(Control + F &#8220;ref&#8221; can help alot)<\/li><\/ol><p><strong>Subject: RE: xxxxxxxxxxxxx\u00a0(Our Ref: \u00a0xxxxxx)[xxx-xxx.FID102361] <\/strong><br \/>\u00a0<br \/>If the IRN is not visible in the subject, look for the folder ID<\/p><p>&#8220;{F102361}.xxx@dms.xxxx.com&#8221;<\/p><p>From this example, the folder ID is 650594.<\/p><p><br \/>Put that folder id into this SQL query and run it against the iManage SQL database:<\/p><p><br \/>Replace the XXXXXXX with the folder ID<\/p><p><br \/><strong>select * from [%imanageDBName%].[MHGROUP].[PROJECT_NVPS] where PRJ_ID=&#8217;XXXXXXXX&#8217;<\/strong><br \/>\u00a0<br \/>Look for the value of iMan_26. this is the IRN:<\/p><p>You may also use: <br \/><strong>select * from [%imanageDBName%].[MHGROUP].[PROJECTS] where PRJ_ID=&#8217;XXXXXXXXX&#8217;<\/strong><\/p><p>The IRN can be found under the PRJ_DESCRIPT column:<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>Once you have IRN, <br \/><br \/>In Outlook search for the workspace that is found in the reference number.<br \/>if reference number does not exsist search for a document and use the FID number to find workspace number.<br \/>open the IRN Workspace in Filesite\/Outlook<br \/>expand the IRN so you can see the &#8220;File&#8221; Folder<br \/>right click on the &#8220;File&#8221; folder , click properties<br \/>click profile tab<br \/>select the operator Click &#8220;Add\/Edit&#8221; button<br \/>The operator might have a Red Circle on it<br \/>this means the User is disabled &#8211;
