Copy the Active folder \u201dC:\\Program Files\\Citrix\\SMA\\Active\u201d from another server and then start the service.<\/p><p>Resolution 2:<\/p><p>To resolve the preceding issue, complete the following procedure:<\/p><p>\u2022Stop the SmaService.exe service by using the Task Manager.<br \/>\u2022Citrix SMA Service Properties and under the Log on tab, select Local System Account.<br \/>\u2022Set the SMA\u00a0 Service to Manual and restart it, once the service started.<br \/>\u2022Change Citrix SMA Service Properties and under the Log on tab, select Local Service Account.<br \/>\u2022Set the SMA\u00a0 Service to Automatic and restart it.<\/p><p>Resolution 3.<\/p><p>Stop IMA service (Kill both IMASRV and IMAAdvanceSRV) and SMA services (SmaService).<br \/>Run \u201cdsmaint recreatelhc\u201d<br \/>Start IMA service and then SMA service.\u00a0<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Resolution 1:Active folder would be missing.
