Error 0x80072F0D<\/strong>\r\n\r\nThis is down to your device needing the certificate from the server to use Outlook Mobile Access. To download a self signed certificate on your site follow these instructions\r\n\r\nGo to your outlook webaccess address ( Usually mail.yourdomain.com\/owa )\r\n\r\nYou might be greeted with a warning\r\n“There is a problems with this website’s security certificate<\/strong>”\r\n\r\nIf so choose : “Continue to this website ( Not recommended )<\/strong>”\r\n\r\nYou should also see this\r\n\r\n\"Certificate<\/a>Click to view the certificate\r\nClick on Install Certificates, Click Next\r\n\r\nCheck \u201cPlace all certificates in the following store\u201d\r\n\r\nChoose one of the stores ( e.g. Personal )\r\nRun through the rest of the screens\r\nNavigate to Start -> Run -> certmgr.msc\r\nGoto the store selected you saved the certificate to\r\nRight click on the certificate, select All Tasks -> Export\r\n\r\nExport this certificate to a .cer file somewhere on your computer\r\n\r\nOpen Active sync and copy the .cer file from your computer onto the phone into a folder you will be able to access on the phone e.g. Business\r\n\r\nUsing file explorer<\/strong> ( Located in Start<\/strong> , Programs <\/strong> ) on the Mobile Device , open the folder you saved the .cer certificate file you and open the .cer file itself\r\n\r\nIt should ask you if you would like to install the certificate\r\n\r\nInstall the certificate , and this should solve your syncing problem\r\n\r\nIf you certificate has been provided from a trusted root provider , you may need to download their root certificates onto the phone as well e.g.\r\n\r\nEquifax<\/a>\r\nGo Daddy<\/a>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
