I tried to use VMwares Article :\u00a0https:\/\/kb.vmware.com\/selfservice\/microsites\/search.do?language=en_US&cmd=displayKC&externalId=1027206<\/a><\/p>

However this command was giving me nothing :\u00a0vmkload_mod -s HBADriver<\/em> |grep Version<\/p>

I had to use the command:<\/p>

\/usr\/lib\/vmware\/vmkmgmt_keyval\/vmkmgmt_keyval<\/code> -d<\/code><\/div><\/div><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/div><\/div>

I can see the names of the NIC, here: vmhba3\u00a0and vmhba4<\/p>

With the command:\u00a0<\/p>

\u00a0<\/div><\/td>
\/usr\/lib\/vmware\/vmkmgmt_keyval\/vmkmgmt_keyval<\/code> -l -i vmhba4<\/code>\/qlogic<\/code><\/div><\/div><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/div><\/div>

I can see this information:<\/p>

  • Name:\u00a0QMH2562<\/li>
  • Firmware 8.01.02<\/li>
  • Flash\u00a0firmware level:\u00a07.03.00<\/li>
  • Bios: 3.24<\/li>
