You can download this via the Worksite Support Site. You will need to download the correct version depending on your Imanage Worksite.<\/p><p>8.5 version can be downloaded through the\u00a0WorkSite Resource Kit 8.5<\/p><p>Once downloaded, open the file usually found in\u00a0C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Autonomy\\WorkSite\\Server\\<\/p><p>Connect to the server with Admin credentials using WSADMIN permissions<\/p><p>Choose the database from which you would like to relocate the files<\/p><p>If you leave the Search Blank , it will do a Database level Search , to itemize this , do the below<\/p><p>Now in Worksite or Desksite create a <strong>Saved Search<\/strong> , but right clicking on a workspace in the correct Database and choosing <strong>New<\/strong> and <strong>Search Folder<\/strong><\/p><p>Create a filter for this search e.g. this will usually be the creator of the document over a period of time. Create a name for the search and remember it<\/p><p>Go back to\u00a0Worksite Document Redistribution Tool and enter this name into the\u00a0<strong>Saved Search ,\u00a0<\/strong>click Validate to make sure the Search can be found<\/p><p>If you have specific documents flagged with a boolean value in one of the four document record\u00a0boolean fields and want only these documents examined and updated, select the boolean field\u00a0name from the Filter drop-down menu. CBOOL1 is selected by default.
