Final<\/span>-<\/span>Recipient<\/span>:<\/span> rfc822<\/span>;<\/span> your@email<\/span>.<\/span>com\r\n<\/span>Action<\/span>:<\/span> failed\r\n<\/span>Status<\/span>:<\/span> 5.0<\/span>.<\/span>0<\/span>\r\nRemote<\/span>-<\/span>MTA<\/span>:<\/span> dns<\/span>;<\/span> d9590b<\/span>.<\/span>ess<\/span>.<\/span>barracudanetworks<\/span>.<\/span>com\r\n<\/span>Diagnostic<\/span>-<\/span>Code<\/span>:<\/span> smtp<\/span>;<\/span> 550<\/span> permanent failure <\/span>for<\/span> one <\/span>or<\/span> more recipients\r\n    <\/span>(<\/span>your@email<\/span>.<\/span>com<\/span>:<\/span>blocked<\/span>)\r\n\r\n<\/span>I tried all the basics making sure our IP had not been blacklisted : \r\nhttp:\/\/www.barracudacentral.org\/reputation which it had not. I tried \r\ntelneting to one of the SMTP servers to view the error, however this \r\nproduced a malformed 550 error so not a good test.\r\n\r\nUpon liaising with the postmaster at the receiving end, turns out the email had a domain name \r\nin the body which was on their Intent Database :\r\n https:\/\/techlib.barracuda.com\/display\/bessv10\/intent+analysis+-+inbound+mail<\/a> which is why it \r\ngot blocked. Make sure you check your email for domain names if you get these.<\/pre>
