You must close them<br \/> in order to use the Advance Find. Do you want to close them now?&#8221; <br \/>YES\/NO<\/p>\r\n<p>When you click Yes to close them , it comes up with an error message<\/p>\r\n<p>&#8220;Outlook cannot perform your search. Outlook can&#8217;t display this view. A folder by this name already exists.&#8221;<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Solution :<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>Instead of opening the mailbox as a secondary mailbox , open the Mailbox as your primary account in an Outlook profile. You can either log in with the secondary mailbox username , or give another user full access permissions to the mailbox.<\/p>\r\n<p>You should then be able to click Yes to fix this error now , or do the below<\/p>\r\n<ol>\r\n\t<li>Quit and log off of Outlook.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Click <b>Start<\/b>, click <b>Run<\/b>, and in the <b>Open<\/b> box type:\r\n<div>outlook \/cleanfinders<\/div><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Upon searching a shared mailbox in Outlook 2003 is displays the error There are too many Find Public Folders dialogs open.
