Upon the setting up and syncronisation the following error appeared\r\n\r\n<strong>&#8220;Function OpenFolder Failed&#8221;<\/strong>\r\n\r\nTo resolve this perform the following\r\n<ol>\r\n\t<li>Navigate to\u00a0the\u00a0Intellisync\u00ae folder:\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>In Windows\u00ae 98\r\n\r\n<span class=\"code\">C:\\Program Files\\Research In Motion\\BlackBerry\\Intellisync<\/span><\/li>\r\n\t<li>In Windows 2000 or Windows\u00ae XP<span class=\"code\">C:\\Documents and Settings\\&lt;<em>user name<\/em>&gt;\\Application Data\\Research In Motion\\BlackBerry\\Intellisync<\/span><\/li>\r\n\t<li>In Windows ME<span class=\"code\">C:\\Windows\\Application Data\\Research In Motion\\BlackBerry\\Intellisync<\/span><\/li>\r\n\t<li>In Windows Vista\u2122<span class=\"code\">C:\\Users\\&lt;<em>user name<\/em>&gt;\\AppData\\Roaming\\Research In Motion\\BlackBerry\\Intellisync<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Delete the <strong>Intellisync<\/strong> folder.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Close and reopen BlackBerry Desktop Manager.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>In the Intellisync application, reconfigure synchronization settings as needed using the <strong>Configure PIM<\/strong> or <strong>Configure Synch<\/strong> button.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Try to synchronize again.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I was trying to synchronise my blackberry contacts with our Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 using Blackberry Desktop.
