We had a recent issue with a new Blackberry Enterprise server with the Following Error showing in the Event Viwer<\/p>\r\n

SRP connection down, ignore sending packets<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

First thing to test is the SRP Connection using blackberrys tool : BBSRPtest.exe. This is now found in the install files from Blackberry Setup ( so don’t remove! )<\/p>\r\n

Running this proved the following error:<\/p>\r\n

The new version of this software needs variables in the command line<\/p>\r\n
