Resolution

This problem is caused by the blackberry being setup on Redirector as well as Blackberry Internet Services / Blackberry Enterprise Server ( You should only have one or the other! ). To leave the device using Blackberry Internet Services / Blackberry Enterprise Server , follows there instructions

There are 2 Solutions

1 ) Open up the Menu on the blackberry , Go to Options then to Advanced Options , then choose Service Books , Find and Delete the Desktop[CMIME] Service Book in the list by pressing the delete button ( While the Desktop[CMIME] Service Book is selected) on any device older then a storm , or if on a storm choose the menu button then delete ( While the Desktop[CMIME] Service Book is selected)

2) On your computer where you installed Blackberry Desktop Manager, Go to Control Pannel , Add and Remove Programs and remove the Blackberry Desktop Manager. Reinstall the program , and choose Blackberry Internet Service as the screen show shows.
