&#8220;insert the disk labeled Intel Application Accelerator driver into drive A&#8221;
The Intel Application Accelerator driver uses AHCI for Native Hot Plugging a drive , which is something you are not going to hopefully need while installing windows. To stop this error message coming up I went into the BIOS and disabled AHCI for the windows Installation

If this is not an option for you, you might have to go ahead and create another floppy with the needed intel application accelerator driver!
