A server was sucessfully completing it’s backup of Exchange, however the Log files where not being truncated. I resolved the issue on the server by performing the below in the order:
- Backup Manaully , then Delete old log files
- Turn on Circular Logging
- Restart Information Store
- Turn off Circular Logging
- Restart Information Store
